Thanks for the great response. We've issued almost 1000 vehicle stickers. If you were unable to attend one of the 4 times we issued them, dont worry. You need to email our treasurer, Carol Farley, at [email protected]. She will advise you if anything is owed on your property and set up an appointment for you to get your sticker issued. We will do this in smaller groups at a time. And at various times. We will begin issuing tresspassing notices to those that dont have valid stickers. Again, dont worry yet. There will be instructions on how to get stickers if you are eligable, on the notice. We are not going to tow or boot vehicles, at this time, and ample notice will be given before that happens. It is our intention to allow all eligable property owners use of the properties and not punish anyone. If you are are a properry owner, in good standing,, you are allowed to bring guests and their vehicles. But you must be present and show ID, if asked. Due to the closing of the ramp at Cape St. Marys Marina, we are concerned about an influx of people trying to use our ramps and we will be monitoring this situation. Its great to see how many have discovered the properties and are taking advantage of them. We have also relaxed the No Dog rule as we understand that dogs are family members and need to get out too. They must be under your control and you must clean up after them. If we dont have any issues with this, we may consider lifting the rule altogether. But thats to be determined and must pass approval by the Board of Directors. Ive heard from a lot of residents with great ideas for the year and for future things theyd like to see. I'll be discussing the events with Dale Antosh to see if the GBPKCA is interested in sponsoring these. In the meantime, please enjoy the facilities and help us take care of them.
