Open Quarterly Meetings

At the request of residents, BEMANCO is pleased to announce we will continue holding open meetings once a quarter. We appreciate you submitting topics in advance if there is something you would like covered.

2026 Quarterly Open Meeting Dates:
These will take place at 7:00 p.m. at the Golden Beach Firehouse

Guest Passes

Property owners who are up to date on their annual Covenant Fees may purchase a Guest pass. These are available for purchase from the Beach Attendants at the Long Point Beach Shack on Saturdays and Sundays during the summer season - Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day weekend.
