Covenant Fee
The annual mandatory Covenant Fee helps to maintain the 15 acres of community owned property including beaches, boat ramps, parking, playgrounds, and piers. We work to maintain these private community spaces to keep them safe so you can enjoy your waterfront community amenities.

While the Covenant Fee has not changed since 1955, unfortunately almost everything else has. We want to keep our community amenities safe, beautiful, and enjoyable! We need your help to do that. Please keep your account up to date by paying your annual mandatory $28.00 Covenant Fee. Knowing this fee does not cover all expenses, PLEASE consider donating a little more.

Improve the Beach Fund

Our $28 dues are not enough to cover the large amount of expenses we incur annually. The expenses include insurance, maintenance, and Beach Attendants. We are continually working on projects and maintenance efforts. Any donation goes a long way in helping us keep our piers and beaches safe and beautiful.
