Beach Management Corporation is not an HOA, we can not control what neighbors' homes and yards look like, but we can help provide direction on who to call. If you need further assistance please call us and we can do our best to point you in the right direction. The below links might be helpful.
The Health Department
If someone if burning something unsafe or has unsafe materials in their yard you may file an online report here.

Animal Control
The Animal Control Division enforces the State and County Code dealing with Animal Regulations that ensure the humane care and treatment of animals and to encourage responsible pet ownership.
