The beautiful new Trent Hall Pier is open for the 2024 season!  With the help of Senator Jack Bailey and State Delegate Matt Morgan, BEMANCO was able to secure funding from the State of Maryland to completely replace the old pier and install a brand new 230' pier for the use of our community!  We also have new mooring poles for temporary docking of small boats as needed.  Please note that BEMANCO, and our insurances, does not allow for mooring of boats overnight at any of the BEMANCO properties!

The Kayak launch, previously donated by our community's Civic Association, has been moved over to the short pier by the small boat ramp.  This pier is lower to the water level and will provide easier access for loading and unloading your kayaks.  

At BEMANCO, we are thrilled to see this project come to fruition!  We have additional plans to revitalize this entire property.   Coming soon will be at least one picnic table as well as additional asphalt millings to enhance the parking area.  To help with the additional expenses for these enhancements, we will continue to fund raise tirelessly, ensuring that Trent Hall remains a beautiful space for years to come.
