If you would like to use a designated community space for a small gathering or special event, you will need to make a donation to the BEMANCO organization towards maintenance and repairs. You must have a signed agreement from BEMANCO in order to use the facilities for an organized function.

Please note, rentals are available for Golden Beach/Patuxent Knolls property owners ONLY. Your account must be in good standing.
